Though it seemed fairly certain that 2 Chainz would appear on Eminem's Revival, when the tracklist arrived, the Atlanta rapper was nowhere to be found. Judging by his post on Instagram, it seemed that Chainz was under the impression he was going to make the cut. Unfortunately, it seems he had a similar experience with Travis Scott and Quavo's Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho, but he's being a pretty good sport about it.

Commenting on an Instagram video of Swizz Beatz vibing out to Travis and Quavo's "Modern Slavery," Chainz revealed he had recorded a verse for the track as well. "Dat shit hard !! I did a verse to that," he said. "A lot of people ain't been using my verses lately," he added, making it clear that the comment was lighthearted with the addition of some playful emojis.

Swizz then replied, hinting that he and Chainz have a collaboration in the stash. "I don't have that problem! I'm using your verse!"

Though he may have missed out on two tracks this year, Chainz has landed a number of big guest appearances in 2017. He showed up on Drake's "Sacrifices" alongside Young Thug, Jeezy's "Floor Seats" and The Fate Of The Furious' "Gang Up" with Wiz Khalifa, Young Thug, and PnB Rock, to name a few. He collaborated with both Quavo and Travis Scott on his own album Pretty Girls Like Trap Music.

Chainz' Pretty Girls Like Trap Music landed on our Hottest albums of 2017 list and "Good Drank" made the Hottest Songs. Listen to "Modern Slavery" below. Could a remix with 2 Chainz still be on the way?
