15 Rappers To Dress Up As For Halloween

Stuck for ideas of what to dress up as for Halloween?  Don’t worry, HNHH has you covered as we’ve compiled a list of 15 Rappers To Dress Up As For Halloween.  It’s a time where the rules are a bit more relaxed and you can get away with doing and wearing some things that normally would be frowned upon.  In hip hop, there are plenty of rappers who live like this everyday which makes them perfect people to dress up as for Halloween.

2 Chainz – You’ll need to wear all black, find dark sunglasses, and of course rock two (or more) chains.  Helps if you can get your hands on a long braided wig, and if you're "tall like Jordan."

French Montana – French is kind of tough, because I can’t quite pin point what his exact style is, but you know it when you see it.  Basically, it’s just an amalgamation of any street wear you can get your hands on, and making a stupid face.

Gucci Mane – Simple, just stencil in an ice cream cone on your right cheek and make sure it has three scoops, and the inscription “Brrr” on the cone.  Oh, and lightning bolts, don’t forget the lightning bolts.

Nicki Minaj & Cassie – Ladies, please feel free to dress as either Nicki or Cassie from the video of the year “The Boys”.   Dedicated females can rock the shaved side of the head look to go as Cassie.  If you’re going as Nicki you’ll just need a wig, and a couple couch pillows to double as the ass.

Cee-Lo Green – Hopefully you’ll need a fat body suit to pull off this look.

Flavor Flav – One of the classic hip hop Halloween costumes.  Just get a clock, sun glasses, and some loud clothes and you’re set.  If you really want to impress, you could carry around two knives as well.

Run DMC – The epitome of vintage hip hop Halloween costumes.  Grab a Kangol wide-brim hat, an Adidas track suit, and don’t forget the shell-toe Adidas.

MF Doom – Best part about going as MF Doom is you just need the mask.  You can literally wear whatever else youwant: t-shirt, hoodie, poncho, anything, and as soon as you add the mask, you’re MF Doom.  He’s even been known to send impostors to shows to perform as him, which he calls Doom Bots.

Lil Wayne – These days he wears almost exclusively TRUKFIT, but to dress as vintage Weezy you’ll need a long braided wig, sunglasses, and wear a wife beater, or go shirtless.  You also can’t rock skinny jeans if you want to dress as Wayne.  Be sure to rock your baggiest pants low...real low.

Rick Ross – Dressing as Rozay is kind of like going as bizarro-Lil Wayne.  Replace Tunechi’s long hair with a shaved dome, and don’t forget the beard which is integral.

Kreayshawn – Loud colors, Disney characters, hair extensions and one sultry ass look.

Tech N9ne – When we interviewed Tech N9ne we asked what he was going to be for Halloween, and he said “myself”.

Wiz Khalifa – Going out as Wiz for Halloween is for the skinny dudes only.   You can go out as classic Wiz like in this photo, or if you manage to get your hands on a 1970s pimp coat seemingly made of 80% dalmatian, you can go as the Taylor Gang rapper on the cover of O.N.I.F.C.

Drake – “Jimmy Brooks”. 

Lil Jon – This one is for the fellas and the ladies.  Just get your hands on a Lil Jon mask (available here) and you’re ready for Halloween.  “YEAAAAH!!!”
