Simple

12th Street are an act that bridges the gap between rap and R&B, calling to mind the work of PnB Rock. "Simple" is the single off their new project The Formula. Featuring both an incredibly sticky hook, and some technically impressive raps, the track shows potential. It's a style that we're seeing more and more rappers moving into, but 12th Street seem to have a certain knack for it.
