10 Essential Tory Lanez Tracks

Tory Lanez is a 22 year old with a super-bright future ahead of him. Features with Meek Mill, Rick Ross, French Montanta, and The Game might prove that much, but thirteen mixtapes and a recent EP alongside super-producer squad Wedidit certainly drive the point home.

Aside from his own rapping and singing, Lanez has also ghostwritten some of your favorite tracks. Remember Travi$ Scott and T.I.'s "Quintana Pt. 2"? That was Tory. How about Jeezy and Akon's "Been Getting Money"? That was him too. He also apparently wrote a track off Meek Mill's newest record Dreams Worth More Than Money.

We've been nonstop bumping Lanez's new EP Cruel Intentions, which features production from the likes of RL Grime, Baauer, Shlohmo and more. It's about time Lanez gets the essential track treatment, so without further ado, here are the 10 tracks you have to know.

Let's start off with some of that new music from the Lanez camp. Tory links up with LA-based producer Shlohmo for a sexy alt-R&B cut. 

Tory produced this track himself, alongside Playback. It's a regal instrumental, backed up by an epic video and a solid vocal performance as well. 

"Know What's Up" is Tory's most played video on YouTube, so there's no denying this one from the list. Along with Kirko Bangz and DJ Mustard, Lanez hit it big with this one.

"Konichiwa" might sound like Lanez doing his best Lil Wayne impression, but it's a fire one.

YG enlisted Lanez for this cut off My Krazy Life. Tory lays down the hook while YG handles the verses, and it's a pretty solid combination if we do say so ourselves.

Over an instrumental created by monster beat producer RL Grime, Tory Lanez takes the singing and rapping combo to the next level. 

Honda Civics may not be the most rap-worthy car out there, but Tory Lanez makes an interesting case for them. 

As soon as those rapid-fire high hats come in, you know "Priceless" is going to be the jam. Lanez goes in nice on the beat, too:
