10 Essential Tink Tracks

Tink is a young, talented MC that, by now, you should be familiar with. With five mixtapes, a few sick features and an album on the way, this young artist has been making tons of waves in the rap game recently.

Whether she's "Movin' Bass" with Jay Z and Rick Ross or going in on some Timbaland production, Tink has come correct while working with a variety of different artists. She's done it by herself to, and mixtapes like Winter's Diary 2: Forever Yours have been downloaded 50,000+ times. With a smooth style that teeters between alternative R&B and hip hop, it's no wonder she's popping up all over the scene as of late.

After a deal with Epic Records and a spot on the increasingly popular television series Empire, it's clear that this twenty year old Illinois native is destined to be a star. To get you acquainted, here are her 10 essential tracks.

Future Brown featuring Tink - Wanna Party 

Tink paired up with the production team known as Future Brown for a spacey party anthem. This tune demonstrates what both parties are capable of delivering.

Tink also linked up with Future Brown on their opening track from their new, self-titled LP. It's less of a party, or more of an R&B / hip hop trip-out. 

Tink spit some of her quickest bars alongside the poppy punks in Sleigh Bells. The synthy track has some rocking guitar and tons of catchy hooks.

Apparently this song was originally Tink's before appearing on Rick Ross' album. It's a shame, because this is pretty dope stuff. When Timbo previewed this version on The Breakfast Club, it incited the hashtag #ThinkTink to trend across the web.

Tink doesn't always need a feature. On one of her most recent tunes, she does it solo dolo. 

With Charlamagne playing the angel on her shoulder, Tink goes "Around the Clock" on some Timbaland production.

The Illinois-bred artist goes in on a guitar-led, smooth R&B track called "Treat Me Like Somebody." This one is slow and tasteful.

No it's not a freestyle over the Jay Z and Beyonce track...

Pairing Jeremih with Tink will undoubtedly result in a sexy R&B collaboration.
